Do I need experience with CellHawk before taking these courses?

No. The Basic Certified User course is designed for brand-new users. Experienced investigators can move directly into more advanced modules once available.

Is the CellHawk training live or self-paced?

Hawks Consulting Academy offers both live online training and self-paced on-demand courses for CellHawk. Students can choose the format that best fits their schedule and learning style. Agencies requesting in-person, on-site CellHawk training can contact us directly to arrange customized instruction

What’s the difference between the CellHawk training bundles and the CellHawk Certified User Course?

The CellHawk Bundles offer targeted, manageable instruction on specific portions of the platform. They are ideal for users who need a focused refresher, occasional CellHawk users, attorneys, command staff, or anyone who doesn’t require full certification. Bundles include a certificate of completion. The CellHawk Certified User Course is a comprehensive, multi-day program designed for new users or anyone who needs formal certification. This course includes full-platform training and awards an official CellHawk Certified User designation upon passing the certification requirements.

Does Hawks Consulting Academy offer cellular investigation training that doesn’t require CellHawk?

 Yes. In addition to our CellHawk-specific courses, we offer carrier-agnostic and platform-neutral training, including CDR 101, and Network Fundamentals. These courses teach cellular investigations even if your agency does not use CellHawk. 

Do the CellHawk courses include real case examples?

Yes. Our training uses realistic investigative scenarios and workflows to help students understand how CellHawk is used in active cases, reporting, courtroom preparation, and intelligence development.
